Box is lookin awsome bro...........but I have one question...Maybe Steve can answer as well..

Why do you guys waste so much Resin........I mean wouldnt it be a hellof a lot easy-er....to 45 a 2x2,glue it pin or screw it in.......then glass it...or am I missing somthing...

well the biggest reason i use just fiberglass is cuase i dont have a table saw.... and my handsaw doesnt cut 45degree cuts very strait so it s alot easer for me just to use glass.

Ordered another roll of Raamat today so we will be using 2 rolls in my truck. It is amazing how well this stuff really worked on the roof.. before we put any on if you hit it you would hear the loud "whoop" sound and it flexed at least 3 inches, now with 5 layers you actually have to HIT IT to get it to move!

Raamat = the shit.....by far the best stuff i have ever used for sound damping. its super sticky and really stretches and forms real well and its also super cheap. will definatly be using this stuff in the future.

O im watching, as far as the 45's, I rip down 3/4" mdf on a 45 deg and glass over them, but your way works also...

The only thing I dont like about it is you are not gaining any strength doing it just with resin.

When I do mine im cutting down a 4" piece of mdf, so that the corner is super strong and i dont get standing waves.

Its all good though. I am very interested in seeing what you do with the top baffle. and the tunnel
