poloplayer Posted December 22, 2010 Report Posted December 22, 2010 since u can fit a 2 cubic foot box in there y dont you try like 2 10s ported to like 37 hz and they will have a great sq and if u get some nice ones then you can have spl too. try dc audio for the subs they r reasonable and u dont need the big xls or lvl5 just get some little one this is just a suggestion btw... 1994 honda accord 2.2L VTEC sub is re se motor with fi cone in a pre fab box stock door speakers on an alpine v12 4 channel sub on a 1000 watt alpine monoblock need a dash kit and harness to put my alpine deck in also need tons of sound deadner need to install my apline type r compontents up front need to buy type r 6x9's for the rear

Well whatever is best. I am trying to hold a fairly low budget to get her started without buying shitty stuff. I'll look into DC audio's stuff as well. I've seen some impressive equipment from them. I do think that 2 subs looks better visually, and it's more surface area. Wouldn't 1 CF for each sub in a ported box be too little airspace?
