STEvil Posted December 31, 2010 Report Share Posted December 31, 2010 make the box taller (right to the top of the seats or edge of back window) and/or have the port extend out of the box that far (like the first box posted). Also if you flare the mouth of the port (and make the port larger..) it will help. Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it.
