jacktumbleweed
Hey, I'm looking at making a couple of small towers for gaming, movies, and music. Haven't bought anything yet, but i need ideas and/or reassurance. I'm on a fairly tight budget, and quality stuff would be a preference. I was thinking two towers sitting on separate sub boxes (same idea as Steve's shop build) so i can take the sub boxes and transfer them to a vehicle in the future. Each box with one 8" Kicker L5. Each tower with one Peerless 6.5" mid and any good quality tweeter under $30 a piece. Also, i need a good quality receiver for a tight budget! This will be my first home build (as the title states), and i need advice. I want this system to last and i want it to sound good. Very open to ideas and help. Please share your thoughts!
