bumonskateboard6 Posted January 31, 2011 Author Report Posted January 31, 2011 Finishing up on it: All assembled Starting Round Over (and dad being dust crazy haha) All rounded and sanded: I'm going to see how much flex this has because it's pretty solid as of right now, if it has flex I got some all thread rods to use to hold it together. Carroot1 Posted January 31, 2011 Report Posted January 31, 2011 great looking box. i did the same thing but with a port with 1 common wall Quote
Team808 Posted January 31, 2011 Report Posted January 31, 2011 Nice looking box If it doesnt work out well, you could always do a bandpass, and port that thru the rear deck. Quote Member of Team 808 Member of Team North East Spl
moto211 Posted January 31, 2011 Report Posted January 31, 2011 (edited) well im a little too late , but i would build a box like this so all the pressure goes ii to the cab, put a top on and port it in the cab , i have done tones of these they work great , Edited January 31, 2011 by moto211 Quote CHECK OUT MY YOU TUBE PAGE http://www.youtube.com/user/motoxxx211?feature=mhee[/size]

I'm just playing around with different configurations Quote Current Systems: 2011 BMW 335i Hertz HDP1 DC LVL3 12" Full Carbon Fiber 2002 Acura TlKenwood DNX9980HD2 DCLVL4 12" Subs with LVL5 Parts D.7 CoilsDC 3.5kHertz HSK-165 up front HCX-165 RearHertz HDP4 AmpDC Power Engineering 260 Amp AltBig 3 and amp powered with KNU 1/0XS Power D2400 Up Front i pulled out my dick in class many of times and had it shown. get over it bitch...stupid open legged hairy beavered bitch... going over rms = smaller box, under rms = bigger box... bumonskateboard6 Posted February 7, 2011 Author Report Posted February 7, 2011 (edited) Well I finished it today and here's how it looks (flush mount ring off by a damn 1/32nd): Unfortunately it does have phasing issues soooo 4th order time...only problem I don't know how to even get started on a 4th order... If someone can help me out on one it'd be appreciated and I'd pay for a design, still for 2 DC LVL4 12"s and max 32.5" wide, max 15" high, depth can be pretty much anything but under 28. I'd still like to have the subs face back for the look but since my back seats don't fold down there's not much of a reason to try to seal off and fire forward. I don't really know where to even begin with a bandpass design though Edited February 7, 2011 by bumonskateboard6 Quote Current Systems: 2011 BMW 335i Hertz HDP1 DC LVL3 12" Full Carbon Fiber 2002 Acura TlKenwood DNX9980HD2 DCLVL4 12" Subs with LVL5 Parts D.7 CoilsDC 3.5kHertz HSK-165 up front HCX-165 RearHertz HDP4 AmpDC Power Engineering 260 Amp AltBig 3 and amp powered with KNU 1/0XS Power D2400 Up Front i pulled out my dick in class many of times and had it shown. get over it bitch...stupid open legged hairy beavered bitch... going over rms = smaller box, under rms = bigger box...
