voltage differences at battery and at amp

Recommended Posts

The people who are saying its "better" to ground to the car then useing wire.. Couldnt be more wrong. Battery termanals are actully backwords. The current flows from neg. to pos. a low grade metal frame is going to be worse then a copper wire, unless you drive a car that has an alloy frame. Keep the 2 runs but upgrade the wire!

Yes, I believe it's outdoor wire...like the shit you run underground and stuff. It's EXTRA hard to bend...and it's probably only got about 20 - 30 strands inside of it. It's 6 gauge wire from lowes...

Should I order this?

But, would that fuse be fine for my amp? Should I go lower? I have a 60 amp fuse inline right now, which I think will take 4 gauge wire.

its not that the terminals are backwards. DC just flows from neg to pos.

If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood.

It could be wrong but i read that the terminals are marked backwords so it doesnt freak people out that there sitting/touchin pos.
