bumpinTL364 Posted January 10, 2011 Report Share Posted January 10, 2011 Hey all, I'm in a tiny-ass dorm room and want a little wang but don't have the need, space, or budget to do something large. I'm thinkin of doing 3 4"s or 2 6.5"s (any suggestions??) I currently have a coby 2.1 system with the woofer (4") inverted. The main problem i'm running into is finding the right amp to power some woofers and my mini "towers", which are 15 watts per speaker and 35 for the woofer. I want to keep the high-range cuz i already have the money invested in this system, but i haven't been able to find anything that i could mix properly to get the proper amounts of power and channels to run them with another sub. I guess what im looking for here is if anyone has any experience doing this type of thing and could suggest componants and/or companies to look at. It would have enough power to do what u need. Check clearance mids @ partsexpress.
