Wow, I missed all these responses

don't worry I will be nice, your to young to know any better

that is all very good sq equipment from the 90's it is deff an sq install

You can say whatsever is on your mind B) Im here to learn lol

Yeah not many new audionuts know of the old school equipment!!

Yeah, I dont know about the old school stuff. The oldest equipment I really know about is the Rockford Fosgate Power Elite Amps, which is from like 2004.

This coming from a 15 yr old who can't even drive yet. OP ignore this guy,

he posts a lot but rarely much substance to it.

Edit:I dont mean to sound like I'm bashing you because that is not my intent whatsoever. I just think you need to do more "listening" (reading) and a little less "talking" (typing).

There's a vast wealth of knowledge here for you to learn from.

How does me being able to legally drive affect my listening?

Are you saying that most of my posts are wrong? Its funny how I RARELY get corrected then o_O

Thats how it came across as on my end. Thanks for explaining your intentions.

When I barely posted, someone told me to post more. When I post a lot, someone tells me to slow down lol.

This is true..I learn something new literally atleast every 3 days.

The driving statement is meant to say that you're not even old enough to drive, hence you probably don't have much experience with this stuff. I never said anything about most of your posts being wrong. You've been wrong a few times, but hell that happens to damn near everyone. I just think you should take a step back and do more reading/researching and educate yourself. You're young and you have a great opportunity to learn from this forum and its people, use it to your advantage. You seem like a good kid but you just need to "listen" (read) more.

I'm still debating about running the 8's, but leaning towards it!!! Maybe mid summer, when I have the extra money.

My EQ, for the record, is pictured!! Its the Alesis MEQ 230. It's a dual 30 band 2/3 octave EQ, mainly found with running high end concert PA systems back in the 90's

Its extremely difficult to find the KEF mids that I have! They don't make them in the black cones anymore, they are blue now!!

If you look at the last pic closely you can make out its date of birth!!! Sept. 29, 1992!!!

If that doesnt scream "old school" I dont know what does!!

Yeah the mid amp is 1992, the KEFS are 1998, the Zapco 500 is 1994, my EQ (the Alesis) is 1991!! Majority of my setup is very old, but incredibly rare. I decided on this equipment for the reason to prove "old school" should always be around, cause it still kicks ass!!!

Those old school amps must've been EXPENSIVE! I've heard that those old school amps seemingly last forever
