My 2.5 is a tight squeeze to fit an alt in there. EclipseChris Posted January 22, 2011 Report Posted January 22, 2011 The alt was purchased used from stephen almost a year ago, and stored at DC until about 6 months ago. Finally, It has a home! The bracket consisted of four bolts, a hand full of washers, and four 2.5"x1/8" pieces of Iron with some drill holes. Anybody with a drill cutter, and basic tools can repeat what I have done. If anybody happens to have a mkIV 2.0L and 300A alt let me know and I can give you some pointers on the steps of assembly within the engine bay. -Drew I would like pointers on where to find 300a for 100$ Quote i resolve to be a nicer moderator.
