Loudcivic Posted January 22, 2011 Report Share Posted January 22, 2011 both thati own now have been great. one of the older ones i had an issue and she went up in smoke. since i fixed the issue i havent had any problems. in my car i have one 1500 on a btl. the wifes car i have one on a re se. both work great and are a decent amp for the price and performance Quote 2015 silverado crew cab nothing atm but soon... Price is real good for that power range. yeah, trust me ive been arguing with them, 150$ brand new for a ap1500 vs 550 brand new for a sundown... ill buy 2 3ks for that price and do way more power than their precious sundown 1500 all day long..... but THEY dont seem to understand that some people cant afford the sundown stuff, and if they can, why not get better and get soundigital, its about the same price... The amps are cheaper, but there's something about a brand that labels their amps on what it can actually perform ..opposed to the uber cool lanzar 5000 max realistically doing a fraction of that.
