The center port gives a more equal number on both sides of the vehicle from our testing.

Port on driver gives better numbers on the "legal" style of metering.

I always put ports center on walls... as smoke said, better for music and equal sound in vehicle... As for the wall issue, I have had people argue with me that boxes on top of each other, connected and molded into vehicle where all you can see behind you is a WALL of speakers is not a wall... well, it IS a wall, sorry haters...

I don't think it's better for music, not all port on driver sides are built for burps and tuned dumb high, but better for equal pressure.

and dont forget securing it. a trunk box can move a little a wall will kill you.
