97SSBlazer
adjustable would be nice until someone turns it up or something. I prefer it to just be set ~15.3. with my new alt I don't drop at all. lower tuning is just hard. I was surprised how loud 145 sounds at 35hz, and how quiet 145 sounds at 50hz. -= 2005 Tahoe LT =-Head unit: Pioneer AVH-X5500BHSSource: iPad Mini in dash Subs: 2 T1 12's Sub Amp: T1500-1bdCPWire: Rockford Fosgate 1/0 awgSignal Cable: MonsterFronts:Stock Bose for now:)Rears: Stock Bose for now:)MIds/High amp: Stock Bose for now:) 2005 Tahoe Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/172529-2005-tahoe-my-17th-vehicle/ 2001 Monte Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/160030-2001-monte-carlo-my-16th-car-lol/page-2#entry25309381997 Tahoe Build Log: http://www.stevemead...oe-6-15-rf-15s/2001 Impala Build Log: http://www.stevemead...katzkin-inside/
ugpbmx
I cant figure this out on my truck. granted my truck is 35 years old. but i am running alts that require one charge wire 1/0, and one wire to the regulator. I would love to charge around 15.0 MY TRUCK BUILD - 1976 F-100 Ranger. Fully built 482 big block, 4 DC lvl4 15's in a blowthrough, plenty of custom fabrication. ugpbmx
i made one with a resistor and a potentiometer for about $10. so i can adjust to what ever voltage i want 12v to 21v. i have a thread somewhere on here werent you the guy that wouldnt tell anyone how to wire this up? if not im sorry for the confusion. I just like to help out. This is something so simple to do but yet companies charge so much for it. I'm not greedy lower tuning is just hard. Purplehaze
I would love to be able to do this on my PT, as MLA wants $249 for a voltage modal for it, $10 would be great! Only problem is, the PCM regulates the voltage in my car, so it probably doesn't work for me Kickin' Cruiser Seller Feedback Stage 3 Dash, Door Panels,4th Order wall 4 - 15'son a DC 5.0K 2 DC 5.0K'sSolo X 15 (v.2) Sub Build
97SSBlazer
Maybe it just won't work on older trucks? I don't know much about alternators, lol. lower tuning is just hard. If a MLA works than this should work, you just have to find the right wire. lower tuning is just hard.
