You should of hade more then enough battery power. I have a truck I buillt bumping for a bit now with an atomic 7000.1 (same amp same heatsink, cactus has that aluminum plate down the middle only difference). This amp is wired to .5ohms daily, and has 3 d3100s in the back, a d3400 under the hood, and a stock alt. Voltage dont even drop bellow mid 12s full tilt. Don't mean to thread jack, but that's something I like hearing!! I will have an atomic 3k wired to 1ohm on 3 3100s an 1 3400 an a 240a mechman. Voltage should hold nice!! And to OP I would just sell an invest elsewhere. (depending on who repaired the amp already) My build 98 s10 2.2 3 american bass HD 15s with psi soft parts. (on there way here) atomic at-3000.1 (soon) 146.2 outlaw @39hz., bad alt an bad batt when termed (old 2 12" build) alpine 6.5s in doors infinty 4x6s in dash. clarion cz201 HU. mechman 240a H/O alt stuff i still need. SHCA 2/0 wire SHCA 1/0 to 2/0 adapters Atomic AT-3000.1 Lots of sound deadner new mids an highs, still debating on what to do. A few Deka g31 batts. D-train-13k Posted September 13, 2013 Author Report Share Posted September 13, 2013 hey guys sorry i didnt get to reply until just now. and yes im sure it was a reputable guy who repaired it. i dont want to put his name on here out of respect for him. i dont want people thinking he doesnt know what he was doing. i was referred to him by a DC dealer so no worries on that. and yes i would love to get a 7.5k from anyone lol new or used. but i dont know the condition of the amp so i would want to make sure i get as much as i could without ripping people off. at least i know there is some serious buyers out there.
