cresendo bc 2000 on stock electrical?

Other that a second battery everything is stock. Could i damage my amp running it like this? both batteries are just normal batts not car audio batts

You should be fine. I would get a volt meter and wire it to the amp and just watch your voltage.

2k /.7 = approx 2900

2900w/14v = about 200

200*.5 (duty cycle estimate for music) = 100

Your system will underperform if you don't beef up your electrical. You can damage more than your amp. And its ok to ask, but since you have to then you probably shouldn't do it.

Depending on the vehicle, and what other aftermarket electrical you have, you should be fine.

Most likely that will suffice. Hairpin is the way to go.

for me personally, i would upgrade my alt. thats one thing i waited way too long to do. if i could do it over again, an alt would be the first thing i would do

i agree.. i have a mechman elite 370a hairpin alternator under the hood and have no system in it yet
