Yes i have the second 3sixty.2 but its not installed. I probably will sell it with my carputer i bought. I am trying hard as hell to move out and be done being with my parents and get my own life so i am selling the stupid crap i have. /end rant lol. And to what you said about the output on the amp, Steve himself pointed out on his video that they are not 100% accurate for distortion or clipping. They are just a reference for beginners.
sorry, forgot to answer the 2nd part. The door panel "pod" is open to both of the 6.5's. I know it looks like one is sealed and one is in the door but thats not the case. You will see in the upcoming pics later today. Thanks man!
it was only a curiosity!!!! curiosity for learn something... be quiet
the reason N8 said that to you was because you said "it will be 100 times superior with sound quality unbelievable".......which isnt just curiosity, its just a bold statement which isn't necessarily true. Could it be? SURE! depends on the car and the install itself. Nobody here, not even me knows if my sound stage needs to be raised or not. So far, what i am hearing, i don't think it does. I even shit-canned the center channel idea. I had an amp and a new RF speaker ready to go and my sensai says ABSOLUTELY NOT.....so i said "OK" (he had his reasons)
DD-1 your radio output
Connect to your 3sixty
Leave your radio at it's highest unclipped level
DD-1 output of 3sixty
Connect to your amps
DD-1 your amp output
It's how I did the EPX2, time consuming but worth it.
This thing has level LED's as well. With the tune everything was as it needed. The red clip light on the EPX2 does not come on. Not sure what your running but i was able to take a 4 volt out alpine and run it into my EPX2 and bring the voltage down to feed older Fosgate amps that only allowed for 3V in. Just sayin in case thats something your facing too.
Oh, Ok,.. if you want just him to answer,...... then ill lay off,....... and hope you get what you need......
EDIT- i have a Oscope, and a dd1, WITH a 3sixty.2........ and have set up my junk both ways.... but,... its cool... good luck in your venture...
I love when people give suggestions but don't really know. You want your kids and tweets close together unless you are trying to raise your sound stage.
