no choice in the matter really..... i would love to do more installs but the thought of your (whoever's) window not rolling down 3 days after i installed the system.....or the check engine light, or a headlight bearing, or low tail light oil.......something would happen and it's always the installers fault. I got nothing but praise for REAL shop owners/installers that put their shop and career on the line for every install they do because all it takes is one little complaint and you are through. Even if you are right and whatever happened wasn't your fault, you might have to spend lots of money defending yourself in court. Even worse, they get online and talk shit. You don't have any way to defend yourself from that because if you do, you are an asshole. If you don't, you must be guilty....it's terrible out there. Customers are nice in the beginning but have a strong chance of becoming customer-zilla real quick. no thanks.
