hell ya that was so cool of him to do that. But just in case anyone thinks i am a bum for taking the upgrade, ill just let it be known so you know i don't have "freebies" just falling out of the sky. I have $9,000 of my own money invested in the 6's (that includes the floating Forgie center caps and the new Escalade tire pressure sensors). I didn't really want to bring up prices because i am not bragging how much i got into them....but i don't want people to think i am a bum either Oh i bought my own brakes too. So even though i got upgraded i still got a major chunk of my own money in it. It was about a $3,000-$4,000 upgrade though so god dammit that shit was cool of him. Hell ya you are not a bum. You are a hard working mofo. You've worked your ass off for everything you have and that is one hell of a thing to do. And I know you aren't stopping anytime soon so I look forward to see what's in store in the future

It was about 1990. I had just wrecked my very first car (my 1975 Celica). I had a system but no more wheels because you know a brotha didn't have no damn full coverage.....so i slapped all my stuff into my friends car so we could have some BEAT while we were in his ride. I had some Coustic amps and he just got a Rockford Fosgate punch 45. I had a Sega and a black/white portable TV so i decided to also install that in his 1980 Honda civic. I put the screen in the glove box. Thank god there is no pics of that because i am sure it didn't look that great . But one thing that caught my eye when i was digging through the old pics. Even 26 years ago i was trying to keep my amps cool some how, even if it was a REAL thermostat from a house BWAHAHAH....gotta do what you gotta do. I remember that not working very good although it barely DID work. These are things that stewed in my mind for decades until i met my friends Tony and Juan (D'Amore Engineering). I pitched the idea and they made it happen. This is why it is one of my all time favorite, most underrated product. The TM-1 is amazing! Anyway, back to the old school pics. This thing had 2 15's, i am trying to remember what they were in THIS pic but i know there was about 3 different brands before he wrecked his car and i ultimately got my stuff back. i know one thing though, even back then i was doing the RF Diamond stencil So to all you young, smart ass whipper-snappers who seem to know it all....what were you doing almost 30 years ago? I was hacking in some of my first systems. Proof the SMD TM-1 Temperature Monitor and Fan controller is 26 years in the making. I was trying even way back in the 90's Original Sega. Like First Gen original.
