I sent two emails through their contact us form, they responded back that the check was deposited and when it cleared they would process the order. A week later I emailed them again... Nothing. Email Aaron the vp... Still nothing. Email them again... Nothing. The check has been with them for 15 days, granted we had a holiday and there are some weekends in there. I work very hard for my cash just like everyone else. I ordered a term lab a solid two weeks after my batteries and it will be here before they will be. On a different note dwright has returned every email I sent in 24 hours and most of the time within an hour or two. I'm a little old school and like to have that contact when I send someone close to 700.00 for batteries.

Yes, if you purchase the module and get a monthly membership. Although it is a free membership for the first year. My boy has it and he says the software has a crap ton of bugs with his iPhone4

I have the 5902. I didn't buy the smart start add-on, but the option is there. It comes with a real nice color screen remote, Remote start, security, 1 mile line-of-sight range, car finder (which chirps the alarm, and flashes the lights a couple times), there is a feature that will remote start the car automatically if the temp gets too hot/cold, it has a timer for street meters so you know when your meter will expire, 4 aux switches for different stuff like trunk release/windows/hood etc., you can turn on your defroster...

You need to get an attorney!! Workers Comp sucks to deal with. Bulging disks shouldn't cause THAT much pain, but they do hurt. I have two bulging disks in my neck, torn legiments in neck/shoulder, EXTREME muscles spasms on good days. The only way you'll get the treatment you need is through an attorney.
