I took the birth sheet out and I think it's in my filing cabinet somewhere but just assume its not included. I have a couple pics of the birth sheet in my photobucket. Marco island to Sarasota on the gulf side is warm white sand beach. Very peaceful, Geared towards older retirerees South beach, ft lauderdale, palm beach on the Atlantic side is colder and has bigger waves. But is more geared to a young crowd
