For sure man, going from hard labor to this was a trip, I work at the avery dennison corporate hq, hardest part of the job is I walk 3 miles or so a day and that's so simple, however I am here alone onmy shift so if shit does go down there is a lot of pressure on you.

I hit the gym 3 days a week I was 345 lbs at my highest lost 65 lbs last year to get where I am now I was eating chicken breast and salad all day every damn day with a little brown rice mixed in here and there... I have heard mixed reviews of nutrisystem. My best buddy lost 50 lbs in about 3 months on it, grant it he's loading trucks at ups. The reason id thought id try it out was for the variety of it. I am working 6 days a week and don't have much time to cook. The good thing is I'm not in a contract so if it sucks so be it.

So I need to lose like 75 lbs I'm about 280 right now (yeah I know lol), signed up for nutrisystem the other day I start on Monday.. has anyone tried it? Its a little pricey at 315 a month but imo its worth it.

So I got my Vapor King in today and I gotta say this thing is fuckin amazing, I dont think I will ever buy a pack again.. definately recommend it to anyone trying to quit those cancer sticks [

I got Direct TV and Charter for internet, both are great I have no problems what so ever. The internet is pretty damn fast too I am on the 25/3 package (they also have a 60/5 package) not bad.. for being 3 in the afternoon lol

It says right there on the site What is the difference between 55w and 35w kits? Our 55w HID kits are 40% brighter than the standard 35w kits. The 55W system ballasts are about 1 cm longer than the 35W ballasts. 55w kits tend to wash out some of the color of the HID bulb due to the light output( for example, a 55w 8000k will look similar in color to a 35w 6000k kit). Our 55w HID Kit is not recommended for smaller fog light housings because they tend to concentrate a large amount of heat in a small area.
