    Im thinking that maybe he is measuring the full length of the BTL from surround to the bottom of the motor. he might not be considering that the top of the basket, surround and gasket are outside of the box. Other then that, the motor size is the same no matter what options you throw at it.

    Try calling some of the schools and ask to speak with trainors. Speak with them and ask who they would recommend, There is always one of two guys who go above and beyond everyone else. They would probably be more then willing to help you out as well seeing as you are trying to place their students in jobs.

    Why did you only do it in 4ga? Honestly its not really going to do much of a difference. It will help, but in the long run, its much smarter to just run 1/0 to prevent from doing it again.

    Those are not by any means spl subs. And if they are new Mojos, they wont handle that 4kw very well either. I honestly dont see this happening at all. A 145 is more so what you will be at.
