no that means you can wire it at a 4 or 8 impendence and the power rating would not be the same unless you got those new RF amps or amps where the power is teh same on all levels thats like saying why go from 4 ohms to 1 ohm on amp to your sub its the same power NOT

Looks to be like maybe 400 rms max they could be good i know a guy was running those pionner shallow 10s and they sounded Really good for shallow 10s and i think he was running like maybe 200 rms each.
