so if I ride in with the wheels on and they void it, could I go to another dealer with the stocks on and be straight?

Long story short it depends. If they can prove that whatever failure you had is a result of the wheels, then it voids the warranty on that part of the vehicle. For example if your wheel bearing goes out, they could deny that. But if your window stops working, you're still in the clear
