      How strict are they on prior drug experimentation? I can't get a LEO job in Cali due to admitting smoking weed in high school.

      Cali is all f'ed up. I know for a fact a handful of guys that confessed to drug experimentation in college and still got on the job. They told the powers that be up front in their initial interviews and polygraph tests
