I'm supposed to arrive before my arrival time? Arrival time != Appointment time. Therein lies the problem. 

So show up early next time, no biggie.

If this were the first time it happened, I wouldn't really care. However, six weeks before this I showed up and they'd cancelled my appointment because the doctor wasn't going to be in due to some athletic conference (OSU stuff)

However, they did not inform me of that cancelling. Like, at all. So I just kinda showed up and was told to leave. The funny thing is, I had tried to call them the day before and that morning, sitting on hold for around 40 minutes total, trying to get something sorted out. If somebody would've just answered the phone, everything would've been solved. However, I'll now have waited two and a half months with my arm numb 50% of the day among other things just because of fuckups on their end without relaying to me. Also - there's nothing the ER can do for me. 

Another big thing pissing me off is that I've now missed a total of five college classes due to their scheduling issues, and felt like shit in a good amount of them due to chronic pain.

But yeah, next time I'll be up there an hour early.
