The way I see it, for a normal person, this is an absolute shit fucking thing to happen. No matter what way you look at it, a person has been horribly victimized.

However - for a mentally challenged person, depending on what they suffer from, this one incident could completely ruin their life, forever. Unable to recover. Sure - the same outcome could have come from a normal person aswell, that cannot be died - but there is a much, much higher chance for something of that seriousness to happen to somebody who is mentally challenged. Also, in this case, it's now being found out he was lured. These guys acted like they were his friend. Once again, could've happened to anybody, but somebody mentally challenged is so much more vulnerable and susceptible to something of that nature.

Well, I use wet wipes and a bidet because toilet paper is fuckin gross but I'll gladly wear used earbuds once I've sanitized, cleaned anything visible, and applied some new tips on them. To each their own I guess.

I don't understand why? The earbud is literally separated from the skin by a tip. People trade $1000+ iem's daily on Head-Fi. Do you flush a toilet by grabbing the handle? If so, that's a fuckload grosser than buying used IEM's.

Yeah rofl. I bought used Altone 200's, fucking love them. Are you talking like, the ones without tips? Either way, doesn't matter. Wipe em off with alcohol, buy new tips if they're ones that take em. Preferably Comply's or something. What model exactly? Make sure you're actually getting 'high end' haha.

Fuck dude, that's actually really crazy. I got a 27 end of sophomore year, 31 beginning a few months into junior. Do you teach him, does he actively study at home or is it just a natural talent? I got a 36 on reading but math nuked my life.
