So everything else seems to be o.k. By any chance, the burned CD, did you pop it back into your computer and play it to see if it is okay? If it skips or anything? The tracks that you burned to the disc, the tracks themselves on your hardrive, do they skip? If there's nothing wrong with your headunit, had every other program closed out when you burned the CD, it's probably the songs themselves. I've only heard of this happening to only songs being downloaded online. I've had a couple of them and that happens during the downloading process. Or when somebody uploads shitty tracks to a host site.

Omfg Pissed!

Damn, that sucks. But you know what, me personally I think all car dealerships are like that. I bet they had you looking to get you to buy something else. Thats what they would usually do. Something other than what you really want. Hope you get that Escalade from the other dealership. I really want to see what you gonna do to it. -

Chinese Rip-offs?
paul replied to FI_Aaron's topic in General Audio - Can't find a category for your question? Ask here.
Chinese food and Martial Arts. Those are the only things you should be interested coming out of China. Subwoofers...... HELL NO! I don't care what brand it is or whatever they call it. When it comes to car audio from Orients, the only country you can trust is JAPAN. Otherwise, stick with what you know. -
Anyone Fuck Up In College
paul replied to Texas Tech's topic in Off Topic - Random, Misc posts - the forum "Junk Drawer"
Hey, one semester and you messed up. So what. Dude, it's college. How else are you going to know how to run your life if you don't make any mistakes. Those are the kinds of things you go through that help you in the long run. The idea is that you learn from it. What can you do or what changes can you make to not make the same mistakes. Don't let one semester get you down. You got a long way to go, so hang in there. This is only the beginning. Things will only get better. Apply yourself, change, improvise, adapt and overcome! The choice is yours. You can do it. -
Man do I freakin hate that song.

My New Car
paul replied to ThugLife's topic in Member Rides & Builds -- Show off your whip, Show off your System!
2 18" BTL's huh. And a T15k. Hmm.... Your best bet to get 2 18" BTL's in there is to wall it off. Cause I don't think there is any other way to properly have it done. But I doubt you'd want to do that. Maybe 15's bro. That might work. And good luck with getting a T15K. They're pretty hefty on pricing. Plus properly mounting it and powering it is something else. I just don't think you'll have any room left to spare with all the other stuff you want to put in your car. Anyway, nice car. Boy, with that list of what you want in your car, sounds like your building a show car. Or a weekend car. -

Sound Engineering huh? Sounds like you could be doing stuff for movies or help produce albums. That would be my guess. Living in L.A. while going to school? Well it's pretty damn expensive. That's why it's called Tensile Town. My suggestion if you decide, find some good roomates and a good place that's in a good area(area's like Glendale, Burbank, South Pasadena, Arcadia, certain parts of Eagle Rock). Hope you like traffic cause man it sucks in L.A., especially when it rains. Nobody in L.A. know's how to drive in the rain. So the school is on Sunset. God, I forgot how many times I've seen Batman go up and down that street. Aside from all that, you'll like living there. From car shows to college football to theme parks to strip clubs. There's alot to see and do. Just remember, Y-O-U-R T-H-E-R-E F-O-R S-C-H-O-O-L. Don't lose sight of that.
