well there Power Handling RMS/Peak is rated 1500/3000. And the 3000D amp is underrated so im guessing around 1700 a piece? They should handle the 3000d perfectly

u mean too much in price or too much power wise?

the normal LV4 would be good on the sundown 2000D and the LV4 XL would be good on the sundown 3000d?
