    with a budget of $300 and brz1200 he might as well go with something bigger than sa. Like AQ hdc3, Sundown Z, DD 3512 or anything in the range of 1000wrms. This way he wont overheat sub by playing it for a long period of time.

    Why do people insist on categorizing sa series subs in with other subs that should be categorized with sa nightshades?

    for $300 AQ hdc3 is your best bang for the buck.

    you also have AQ hdc3, DD 3515, AA havoc, Fi BL/BTL.....it all depends on your budget

    isn't there step down module you can hook up to alternator and run to 12v battery? i would stick with 16v system since you already have HO alt and batts

    I'm running 2 SA-10's on saz2500, around 1200wrms per sub and they take it well. I also ran it on brz1200 before and it also sounded good.

    are you wired at .5ohm? Look's like it does close to 10k at 1ohm

    I had same problem with hifonics brz1200. Was getting really hot and one day magic smoke came out of it. Now, got similar problem with saz2500, getting pretty warm after 10-15min of play time.

    In hot weather my score was 2db's low than in 80degree's weather. Now it's getting down to 60's so it should be even higher

    And I would laugh when you would complain about blowing subs. Nightshades are beasts, but I don't see them handling an NS-1. they'll do fine on burps, on music just unhook 2.

    Some of the stuff they show on TV is , but if it really happened to me, let's say haunted house, i would just burn the house down and let insurance cover it. You know "accidents" happen. btw, there is new episode on syfy.

    I been in the haunted house also and didn't hear, see or feel anything. But people claimed they saw "faces ad bodies in there".
