  1. Cant invert them unfortunately... They will be down firing behind the rear seats. Can't work out how a split baffle would work (still a bit drunk)... someone explain!
  2. I thought the Lvl 5's are custom built only? I know all the ones i can go for, just want people to say "bang, here's a video of my kickass 10's!" Feel me!
  3. What 10inch subs should i be looking at for hitting pretty low. I hate the fact that i have bugger all space in my jeep, i don't really want my subs just to be punchy little pistons. Need a bit of rumble Have looked at all the brands, jus need some experienced answers, from peeps that have heard 'em!!! It's for 2 10's aswell... Considered just one 12, but wanned more cone area!
  4. Spire - The issue with he turbo is yes, lag! With 4x4's this is not really ideal, as when rock crawling you need your torque down low. The only dis with the V8 is the time to soure bellhousings etc... The I-6 is very simple, plus if i break engine mounts off-road, there's nt a major hastle to get new ones...
  5. Bit bored this week waiting for ma new gear to arrive. So thought i'd ask for opinions on where to head with the engine in my Jeep. Looking at either a small block chev drop in, or stroking and boring the original 4.0 out to 4.7 and putting a 8.5 PSI supercharger on July next year. Wat's your vote??
  6. I'll pay that man, she aint bad. Ma mate's over in the states at the moment, and he says ya girls love the aussie bloke
  7. Pretty sweet bro! x2, the bass does clip a bit. Drop it down a few db's perhaps...?
  8. Yeh, that ambo's from down under. It's very impressive, would've rather stack of 18's in the back but...
  9. 10 DD9510's I say you'll be putting in far too much money than it's worth. It'll only be for novelty at the end of the day. Stick with solid 18's like the DC's and work with that. But if you go the other way, i'd be interested to see how it goes! I'mm planning to do 2 DD's behind the back seat of ma 2dr wragnler sleath system!
  10. Yeah, it's reallt personal choice. I prefer running pos nd neg runs, just coz i know that the path for electricity is consistent and can look pretty neat.
  11. Congrats man! Car audio don't get much better than at SMD
  12. Ha, yeah and for a second i was lookin at goin down to Autobarn and buying some DD95's. Lucky aye! Gonna do lift, exhaust and tyres instead over summer now
  13. Tow 'em in a trailer behind... Just joken big man! I've called shotgun on first one shipped to Aus! Stiff Charger Mike!
  14. Mmmm, this is one fine lookin sub!!! I heard steve say something bout running a T15k to each of 'em when he gets 'em in the Tahoe...
  15. Can't have everything! Really gotta pick the right sub for the job, no point getting some mad subs and thinking how the hell you're gonna fit 'em in the ride. You'l most likely need shallow subs for under the seats, or go blow through
  16. That size exhaust may be too big... you'll loose alot of torque dude to reduced back pressure. Headers are top idea! Intake, plugs, brake upgrade... tick, tick, tick. The rest are pretty major work, especially cam. You can't just put a Cam into a car over lunch... especially with a front wheel drive! I say start small then work your way up
  17. Guess so. Probs best to say that you'd consider something like dis if it suits ya application aye It's be coolin a quad blow through in a pick-up or something like that!!! lol
  18. x2 It's cheap, flip out screen, and the same resolution as the srceen on ma camera. Why d'you want a flip out so much??
  19. Car audio application ~0 Home application ~0 .... Doesn't suit the the de'core... lol Cool concept! But ya gotta look at practicallity!
