  1. ok so those dimensions are right? ill take a look tonight once i get home on my laptop how LOW are talking? got a song in mind?
  2. I need real depth and hieght dimensions please and ill design you something that will pound the lows bro
  3. i always thought that putting in the 45s would help direct the air flow and keep the subs from loading eachother. i havent tested it so i wouldnt know for sure. im not challenging what you said. it sounds like youre more experienced with this design hey no problem my man . I just said what i've read from others testing it personally i haven't done it because the way i see it the air is going to move from High to low pressure since its following into the port its trying to get out into the cabin of "low pressure"
  4. i was thinking the same thing.. he didn't get knocked out just got the FUCK beat out of him
  5. The whole time im watching this the first guy i saw i was like is that a cop it looks like one lol and hell yea thats what we should do to drunk drivers in the U.S. fuck proper treatment
  6. personally i'd take one alt and connect directly yo the back battery bank if you have one seems to me that ill help directly charge those fast and not have the vehicles system take anyt power from that alt.
  7. Im pretty sure i've seen it done both ways I would do a seperate wire for each alt but thats just me I would want as much current flow as possible and when both alts kick on under high load all the current will go through that one wire. Plus then the current will all flow through the one bolt on one alt which will get let it get hotter..Heat=
  8. why the hell would anyone let him get back in his vehicle
  9. the split port should be have the width of the single port and you should keep that width the whole time so if the main one is 8 the port should spilt so its 4 inches back from the wall and the little "pyramid" isn't nessacary at all and can sometimes lower score i've seen ppl's test this thought
  10. I might have to save up for these just so i can step on his face like you all said!
  11. They can take alot of power yes with burps i'd say about 8k easily, but thats not anything you need to worry about. The speaker is as safe as the person behind the volume knob and tunning the amps. a sub can take ALOT of CLEAM power but clipped or "dirty" power now that a different story. I can put a 500w amp on a 2k rms sub and blow the sub from clipping it. Like i said earlier you need to have a good eletrical to support those amps now if you can only fit a single alt look for something with decent idle but good max output cuz your going to need to rev your engine to give long demo's im sure. Also about 4 D3100's or similar batteries would help alot, along with about 3-4 runs of postive to the back to help current flow also good luck sealing off your trunk with 18's not trying to be a downer but i dont see it happening
  12. you could do that to where you could strp the amps to make tuning them easier or just get one big amp something does does 5-7k i'd say but your going to need s STRONG electrical for all of this I mean atleast one alt if not two and alot of battery bank to help out
  13. not entirely true always depends.. and bro whats your budget and just saying your going to have xs power in the back doesn't help to much what size are they what kind of alt do you have?
  14. If you can fit 2 alts i say do it. put the optima under the hood on your stock alt for your vehicle and your 4 channel and if you can afford it get a big H/O alt and 1-3 D3100's for the system this will allow all of your alternators current to go to the system instead of the vehicle taking power from it. or if your amp can take higher voltage try doing 2-3 D1400's charging to about 16.4 volts and that'll help alot too
  15. whats the port width to start? and whats the depth of your box?
  16. Thats an older one for sure since the tinsel leads aren't hidden.. hmm im guessing an SSD i forget the difference in the top plate for the SSD's and Q's so i'd say SSD first Q second
  17. you'll be lucky if it turns on.. but if it turns on for a minute have fun with the heavy paper weight
  18. seriously? you expect us to be able to see the motor through the cone? ughh FAIL
  19. haha na i wish but out of a true trunk car thats not going to happen with the box i had I was doing 145.5's with a broken box for my 2 15" havocs in partially sealed trunk the box was about 2-3 cubes to small so i was getting nothing out of them if i had the proper space i was prob looking at 147's if not louder o well i pulled a 146.1 with 550 watts thought
  20. stick your head in the port lol My system was doing 145's sealed and 162 in the port lol I've sat in Gary's Black van, Trippi's Hummer, Beejay's cavi, Randy's van and to be honest randy's van fucked with my head the most. and it metered about trippi's level if not quiter. The pure cone area and fact it was sealed fucked me up lol i've sat in beejay's cavi at full tilt during his bassrace song and it loud but nothing painful i think he bass races a 156 or somthing so its no joke
  21. how the hell do you design that? and yea can that be printed or something on the shirt? sick bro
  22. dont think you can man.. what car do you have?
  23. That wall is HUGE! how many cubes is it? and it looks like the Choas got louder then the DD9515's I love that blazer man it looks great
