  1. if u can back it up with the right voltage this amp can be able to do 1 ohm, but you will still get well over 1500wrms from this amp at 2 ohms and it wont suck as much power from your voltage as it would at 1 ohm so id get the dual 1 ohm sub.....
  2. If your open to some other options you should look into FI car audio or DC car audio theres plenty more good companies out there too....... but between these two the 3 15s would be easier to power especially for daily the solox is bad ass though......
  3. yep just remove the power wire's fuse and ur good......but toggle switch would be the best....
  4. those are some good lookin cars and u can fit 20s on it for sure, u might only have to roll the inner wheel wells or not but they will fit......
  5. just give them the right amount of power and a good enclousure and ur good man......
  6. That's a nice clean install bro with the suede it looks tight...... doesn't the bass get trapped in the trunk with this kind of install?
  7. The recommended cu. ft. is 3.25 so im probably gonna go with the 3.5 at about 33hz. is that koo or what?
  8. I have a Q. I just ordered 2 12'' L7s dvc2 (da new models) and i only have a 750wrms at 2 ohms (C.E.A. rated) amp the ca2600 from Almani (this amp can't handle 1 ohm for daily use) What would be the best ported box for this low of power? 3.5 cubes at 32hz each? or? (I want it to be loud and clean even though i'm gonna use little power.)
  9. Damn...... man this makes you realize how f***ed up Things are now a days....
  10. nah its not cause the cab is really small, because the same thing happens to my folks 01 Chevy Suburban
  11. so the lv518'' has a different basket... than the lv515''.......
  12. do u have an amp powering the mids/highs alone? maybe its ur amps fuses?
  13. the surround looks nice on these...... i had the previous model p3 d4 10s in a ported enlcosure and they sounded clean..... sq wise....
  14. Well it depends on what type of music u listen to. ported enclosures have more of a booming sound and require less power, compared to a sealed box, which has more of a tight sound, and can be built smaller if space is an issue(sealed). but i would go ported since i love BASS.
  15. Hell ya man, thats what it is really all about......., hope to see ya at the san mateo finals tho to meet ya and the hoe
