buy a usb hard drive adapter hook it up to a known good computer that is virus protected and scan it that way. You could also make a portable malware bytes version and scan it that way. put it on a thumb drive and go at it It probably wont detect it since its not technically installed. if it does and deletes the Exe make sure you have a back up copy of the files somewhere else. Then chagne the name of the exe and retry it. sometimes they are pretty good at creating a great piece of shit.
