Many props to that amp. 8ga wire under 14v @ .5 ohm and it didn't pop! Can't wait to see the power wire tests. That is what intrigues me the most. People read the wire does 300a and think I only need one run or two, but they don't put into consideration the loss over foot after foot of wire (15' run won't be 300a). Most of us lose wattage solely from under powering the 'power' to the amp(s).

Never heard that. Actually heard the opposite. Strapping some times does more power. I could very well be wrong, but I believe there is a 'strapping' module in these amps allowing for them to be strapped and balanced 'equally'. Or something like that lol

They can handle 2500 on each with clean power and the right electrical, but honestly, IMO, I would strap them to 2 ohm. 2500s are strapable and when straping, the impedance load is 2 ohm and two dual 2 ohm subs will be 2 ohm. That's my opinion though. Same wattage as running one amp to one sub at 1 ohm.

Umm, do you have the subs already? If not, then get two dual 2 ohm subs, wire them to 2 ohms, then strap the two amps...or one amp per sub at 1 ohm... You can't do .5 or 1 ohm in the same sentence (if you have the subs already) ---if that makes sense?

Thanks! Got them in and got my amp back. Playing them on one 4500 at 2 ohm and it is doing ok Now to get the 2nd one in and push 9800 to them instead of 2600 lol. They barely move. I think I heard one giggling at me. Hrmmm, should I make a vid with one amp? BTW, love the new scores WIll.

Got some special toolmaker goodies on the way representing Skar as well Now to switch out my DD s4a for a new Skar 4 channel and a 2 channel. Oh and all black everything.

what do you need? i am thinking of making custom stickers for people on a case by case basis. The hardest part about ANY sticker (and most expensive) is getting the first one done due to it needing to be vectorized. VERY pricey! But yea, it was why I focused on black lights. Cheap and easy, and works for lighting up your mary jane posters! lol

It depends on the black light used, but all put out about the same nm. as far as fluorescent bulbs go. Most, I believe are UVA, but I think you can get a mixture UVA, UVB. Something to do with phosphor. Speaking of birds. I love my Hybrid Macaw. Use of reptile bulbs will still work, but time to cure may slow.

UV light comes in all shapes and sizes (other than from the sun). Pet lamps (fish and reptiles, etc), florescent bulbs and more. The sun puts off UV between 300 and 700 NM (UVA and UVB combined), so if you find a light that puts off the same, then it will work exactly like the sun (300-700 is only thing that makes it through the ozone). Weather, altitude, latitude, and time of year play a factor in the amount UVs from the sun. If he is saying 1-2 minutes, I would guess it may fluctuate some, but not much between light bulbs, sun and area. Heat has nothing to do with UV, since UV is a wave length.
