LOL my roof is sturdy towards the back, but the section between the windshield and 2nd row flexs... its a section of 36"x42" i was looking and i could do "spl tiles" but i havnt heard anything about them. should i just do a layer or 2 of damplfier then "sludge" on top of that? or would the tiles stop it all together?I doubt it but i gotta ask. I have an envoy xl and my roof didnt flex too bad when i had my 15s but now my 18 lvl 5 is tearing it up. So im just curious to how u guys stoped your roof from ripping in half. Doug

The subs are beasts! You could do between 2k-3k a sub! How ever you live in america so it would probally be more cost effective to go with a sundown 2000 for each one. I have 2 1600 hifonics on my one level 5 and it takes it with no lube. Doug

stiched and dual are two things... correct me if im wrong but dual leads is just another lead going down to the voice coil. Hence the name DUAL leads. and stiched just means they are stiched down so they dont flop around when the sub moves.

You would think but i cant wire my sub to 2 ohm with just one amp. So that wont work. And he told me it was the 2 ohm version. Thanks tho. Doug

Now when i got my lvl 5 i intended to get a 3000, but by the time i had the money for a lvl 5 the 3000 became the 3500. Ive been waiting on a 3000 to go up on the For sale section. If someone was to sell theirs how much would you guys want? Doug

Ive been looking around online for a week now trying to find amps. I bought a Level 5 18 from rusty 3 weeks ago and im running around 2500rms to it. Its a D2 so i either get 1 big amp or i can get 2 smaller amps and run them at .5 ohm but i dont want to do that too much. Ive found some great deals. Id like to know from people who have dealt with these amps hands on. Rockford t4000bd Sundown 3000, or 3500 Stetsom V5K2D 1 ohm Hifonics goliath RF 2500 the only one that may be a little too much for my sub would be the stetsom, 6.5krms is pushing it. So if you know of any other amps please post them. Thanks Doug

theres a place in jax florida that have 6 5 1/4 focal subs. If you never looked under the seat you would have no clue they were that small. Sounds like a could of 12s

When you first start the song (put on - young jeezy) it hits a real LOW note, then jumps to a high note. Drops 3 more times before starting over. My question is does anyone know what freq those notes are?

UMMM 4 x 1000rms = 4000 rms... You could run that amp full tilt and have those subs getting 1125 each...
