Stereo School?
siucsaluki11 replied to 98exploder's topic in Off Topic - Random, Misc posts - the forum "Junk Drawer"
I heard about that kinda stuff from there. I ended up going to acoustic edge, loved it. Finished up in end of march but the problem is the economy sucks and alot of shops in my area have closed down or gone out of business. I have a resume at one, but they still havent made a decision, hopefully ill have a job before too long. -
No reason to knock the 9104, lol. It does a decent job in my blazer. (its all i could/can afford at the time/for the time being) What program do you use?

Alright, i know some of you guys make your own s&c versions of songs. What program do you use? I was going to try soundtrack pro but its a mac program. Im running vista on my laptop if it matters. I just downloaded screwlab pro, but cant figure out how to use the thing to save my life, and dont have 50 to spend on it when the free trial expires.

Probably the main reason i love that song is it reminds me of when i was at SIU Carbondale. Every time I hear it i just wanna drive down there and get fucked up

Interesting Song
siucsaluki11 replied to bumonskateboard6's topic in Tunez - All things music related
If you liked that first song, try Aphex Twin. Not much vocals, but the actual music is similar. Find selected ambient works vol. 1 and 2. Vol. 1 is my favorite, especially green calx. If you want some just weird music look up venetian snare. Alot of it sounded like pure noise when i first started listening to it. Rossz Csillag Alatt Született is my fav album, has alot of strings in it. -

its not even late. I know here id say go ahead, cant do anything till after 10 anyway (pretty sure thats the way the laws are set here for that kinda issue) I had my neighbor threaten to do the same thing when i was gain settin mine. Then again, my entire family thinks shes a psycho bitch who is off her meds. This was a little while ago when i was much more of an...umm...immature asshole, so i turned it up higher. Then again, this was at like noon on a weekday when most people in my neighborhood are at work except for that cu next tuesday. -
Bullsh*t?
siucsaluki11 replied to Eskii's topic in General Audio - Can't find a category for your question? Ask here.
From what i know, yess. Thats the main reason i got mine secured, well, other than the fact that it was moving around and shit. -
Dowgrade Questions

Idk why so may people use birch. Im a cheap ass, i stick to MDF, lol. I would agree with cracker, keep the 0 ga. If you already payed for it, and already installed it, leave it. This way if you do decide someday you wanna go big again, the power wire is already there. -
So...Im not going back to stock, ive blown that twice in 2 years now. So im thinking posi or a locking diff. Im not too knowledgeable when it comes to matters under the hood or involving the drivetrain. Which would be a better choice. I know Eaton is supposed to be a good name. Any and all help is appreciated. Also, where would be a good place to look that has fast reliable shipping. This is my DD and im kinda hunting for a job at the moment so i need it back in action ASAP. Thanks in advance for your help.

Ground Wire
siucsaluki11 replied to Team_DC-Derrick's topic in Electrical-battery- Alternators- Wiring
Correct. You dont need to ground them at the same spot, just make sure they have roughly the same potential. I think mine both ended up within .05v of one another -
Audiovox Alarm?
siucsaluki11 replied to Dtprez08's topic in Security Center - Car/Home Alarms, devices, tactics, tips....
I just did my first remote start/keyless entry/alarm. Did it on my blazer, used a 787a. Pretty easy to install. Cant think of any problems i had. Work well too. When I got the blazer it had a prestigen alarm already installed (not sure which one) but it kept giving false alarms and while i was away at school my dad had it ripped out. Turns out looking back at things it was probably due to low voltage since my battery ended up being bad.
