thanks everyone! i dont even know what kind of amp my buddy is using.lol. my phone is HORRIBLE for picking up bass.. so it doesnt even pick up that one note. but i assure you it does in person lol. here again with my phone being retarded..but oh well.

NEVER DISCONNECT THE ALTERNATOR WHILE THE VEHICLE IS RUNNING!! like newls1 said. you can send a voltage spike throughout the system and ruin your alternator or ECM. when i was in driving school, they tried to tell me thats how you do it...dont listen to driving school teachers...lol

wellll..after finally figuring out a good box for these, cuz american bass doesnt have any recommended specs...(thanks to uhoh45) for helpin me out. was a real fun build and install. and im very happy with it. and so is my buddy (whos expedition it is) i forgot to take more pics..but heres what i got. its 11 cubes before displacement (yeah i know i hsould have calculated for it...but it worked lol) and tuned to 35 hz. got the holes cut. i was sweating bullets, its hot as hell out today! lol got it wrapped and workin on wiring em up. theyre 4ohm svc. wired them to 4 ohms. got the box in. my buddy loooves it. he only has a shitty amp temporarily now. but it hits lows loud as hell and its got some panel flexing goin on, and you feel it like hell. ill have a vid up later. but any comments? suggestions? love it? hate it? lol. thanks peeps

oh god...it could be anything..depending on how you have it wired. try doing what dude above me said, like check at the firewall where your power goes thru it. if you cant find it, get a DMM and disconnect the negative batt cable with the DMM on amerage. connect it in series to the neg. batter terminal, and youll see what your parasitic drain is. anything over 50mili-amps will drain your battery. now have someone watch the meter as you start pulling fuses. if it goes down once you pull a fuse, its something in that circuit. get a schemtic and see whats all included in the circuit. and find that fucker. hope that helped you out a bit...drains are the worse..
