  1. I've met you once many years ago Steve, and it's sad that people have to sink so low. I guess events like this make us aware that the world is not always full of people like us. I've had to learn the hard way. In the end you come up winning though, but people are always going to be jealous of your success.
  2. You look like a kid in a candy store with that CNC. I can't wait to see what other things you do with that thing.
  3. dc isnt going to sell it CJ was willing to sell him what he needs CJ doesn't work for DC. You're right he doesn't, but was CJ going to be the one making the soft parts for the woofer?
  4. dc isnt going to sell it CJ was willing to sell him what he needs
  5. My only issue is why are they willing to sell him something that clearly failed in the past?
  6. CJ is a good guy, but listen to what Orion is telling you. He has first hand experience with a 12 inch level 6.
  7. I trust that Scott wouldn't put out something that wouldn't work mechanically. He's always said that he wouldn't produce it, if it didn't work. But back to the OPs post. 12 inch subs with a 4 inch coil are a real PITA
  8. It's been done before and like 88 said, the results weren't what you'd expect. If you want a sweet 12 that will work mechanically try using a sp4 12. I have a feeling you might be in for a headache of you make those 12 inch level 6s Level 6 is a turd anyway,...imho.cut its legs out from it, meh. So you want the level 6 motor (that isnt all that) on a smaller basket, smaller coil, smaller spider? sounds like a win. Lmfao I was trying to be nice..... but.... Fawk me Hahahaha I was trying to tone it down brotha ????

  10. Badass Steve, nice to see someone their spotlight to do positive things. Acts of kindness like this remind me that the world still has good people. And.... Wtf I'm waiting for he vid of his reaction to the Tahoe!
  11. You say only car audio related stuff now, but when you start designing stuff for your house were all going be even more jealous
  12. Don't mean to thread jack, but just wanted to say thanks bro. I've noticed that a lot of the questions being asked, you've been quick to respond. Thanks for being so helpful people like you are the reason I've stuck around on this forum.
  13. Always learning just by looking at the things you do bro, keep posting pics and vids showing how you do things. We all appreciate it in our own way
  14. I like it, but aren't you scared someone will steal those nice batteries? I know you said you're going to make a cover. I guess people are more trustworthy up north. Down south you can't have anything nice because some hater will always want to take your stuff. I always learn new stuff from this fourm. Keep up the good work man, as long as you have projects i won't stop learning hahaha
  15. Man some times you guys are effed up to the noobs. Welcome to the fourm. How many subs? What car?
  16. That's right, the point of wiring lower is to keep the impedance closer to the amps highest output after box rise. The box rise all depends on the box though. Some people get very little box rise, which in most cases is a good thing, and for others it can rise a few ohms.
