B-stock products on deadener can vary on what actually makes it a b-stock. Foil thickness above or below actual spec for said product, thickness variations on actual deadening butyl material, variations in adhesive from inch to inch... ect. ect. ect. All really depends on the reasoning that it was declared a b-stock to start with so without knowing the actual reasoning it was declared a b-stock, its virtually impossible to answer this ? for you in a confident manner...
