  1. A starter does not need to be wired like that... Rewire it back to OE config. Stick with the PROPER fusing...
  2. omg no. Not unless you upgrade the OE wiring...Leave the OE wiring alone. What you think is appropriate is not, if the engineers at GMC thought it, they would have done so. You fucked up your wiring somewhere... Did you really rewire your starter to a fusible link? That'll pop your fuse quick...
  3. For the love of god, if you get HID's, retrofit good projectors in...
  4. I'd vote for Silvia...or Explorer. EDIT: Btw, dream-threads really don't fly on this forum.
  5. You make absolutely no sense. Yes, the oil pump is before the filter...Making a sandwich plate between the filter and block work perfectly for feeding a turbo on a motor with a turbo added on.
  6. umm///what? Most motors turbo oil feed line comes off the block from a pressurized oil gallery. Motors NA from the factory usually use a oil filter sandwich plate to feed the turbo... Unless you're talking about a dry sump setup...Which is very spendy...
  7. Replace your current halogen's with a brighter one and re-aim.. HID's in non-projector housings fucking suck, blinds the shit out of everyone.,
  8. There's your issue... Without the fan clutch your fan is creating a much higher drag on your motor.
  9. Try an aeroport... Don't need nearly as much port area with them, and you can have them stick out of the box as to not use any space in the box.
  10. This^^ There's GOTTA be a main fuse...Which is most likely blown. It'll be at least 70amps... Blew mine on accident, NOTHING worked in the car. How are you checking the fuses? Just looking at em? Check them for continuity. Or use a test light on the fuse, if one side lights up and the other doesn't, you got a blown fuse.
  11. Lmao...Tell me why the cats went out at around 160k on my truck? No, it wasn't running shitty prior to that, its always been taken care of.
  12. Have you tried hooking up the hid ballasts to the battery? Some factory wiring won't be able to provide enough amperes to fully power it...
  13. I hope you're running quality gas if you advanced it that far... Bye bye motor...
  14. The test is 3 miles in rough terrain with a 45lb pack. Must be completed in 45 minutes. I wouldn't take it lightly. Well aware of this, thanks
  15. I'm pretty confident about the pack test. Hell it only takes me ~15 minutes to walk a mile...lol That's just regular walking for me.
  16. Went into PatRick fire yesterday, applied for wildland firefighter, got interviewed on the spot, and I'm doing the pack test monday, than start classes tuesday. w00t mother fucking w00t!
  17. Uhh, I sure as hell wouldn't appreciate you doing that shit. Maybe they work graveyard and are trying to sleep in the afternoon?
