  1. Sweet ride man. I have a a TT and it is like a go-kart! I know what you are saying though on fitting big sub boxes in them though. No room!
  2. Yes after looking it is a class G/H design. If you go to the link I 'll give you and scroll down to the 4000Se, it has a review. I got a pretty good deal since it's my second one and I bought the Se4200 as well for my mids/highs. http://www.arcaudio.com/reviews.asp
  3. To be honest, I am not a super versed in alot of that kind of stuff, I just know what I like. Obviously I can get many, many amps with the same power for a third of the price, but I love these amps! Kind of like comparing a Corvette to a Ferrari, the Corvette might win in a few categories, but I'd rather have the Ferarri!! I'll do a build log for sure!! According to the review on the Arc site it says the following. "I have some previous experience with Class G and H designs, and I was curious to see how this amp fared when compared to a good Class D amp in terms of effi ciency. As I suspected, it’s better than most very large Class AB designs, but not as effi cient as the best Class D designs. But, it sounds much better, and does not have all the internal heat issues related to the output fi lters that are required in a Class D design. A good compromise in my opinion, if sound quality matters to you. Also, bear in mind that with this power supply design, the overall effi ciency of the amp will increase as the battery voltage drops closer to 12 volts than our measurement standard of 14.4V."
  4. Santa came today(even though my credit card got charged for it, LOL) My new sub amp. I realize it might not be everyones cup of tea since it is an SQ amp, Class H, 4366 watts at 1ohm, and kinda spendy. Dual 1/0 power and ground inputs, microprocessor controlled. I already had one of these and the control over your subs is incredible. Check out the link in my sig to read more about it. Robert Zeff is a legend and does some fine work!!! Enjoy!
  5. Those are awesome! You realize how big they are when they dwarf a 18"Btl, which is huge! Can't wait to hear it. I don't think the Palms security is going to like you though
  6. AHHHH, the joy of actually walking in, seeing the item you want, paying CASH, and leaving with your product. Works like a charm!
  7. Just got through feeding a bunch of homeless guys downtown and gave em a few gallons of wine too!! Remember it's what you give!!
  8. That's awesome! I'm sure I speak for all of us when I say your ride will be the highlight of the show! Can't wait!
  9. Man that is awesome since I live in Vegas most of the year but I can't see letting rides run their engines in a ballroom. Meeting you will be great though.
  10. Hilarious! http://indianapolis.craigslist.org/ele/1465294870.html This guy is pretty funny too! http://indianapolis.craigslist.org/ele/1465465203.html
  11. Looking for another Arc 4000se. Thanks
  12. I think you did the right thing by not calling the cops. The worst thing is no matter how well they fix your car, when you go to sell it someday and someone does a carfax, it will show that it was wrecked at one time and the resale value goes down.
  13. I was on a plane on tour with Hall and Oats and we were forced to land. We were all pretty freaked out I can tell you that!
  14. Looking for another Arc Se4000, have cash!
  15. This is something that I am very good at so to start with, and I am not dogging you in any way, but don't talk like you type. Your post lacks general punctuation and capitalization. Wear at the very least Pressed Dockers that fit, a long sleeve dress shirt and a tie. No tennis shoes, no jewelry other than a watch or wedding ring, and a belt. Make sure the clothes fit. This is an interview so what you are wearing will probably make you not look "cool" to your friends but your fat paycheck will so dress to impress. This applies to ANY job including a fast food interview, cook, any interview. Next, eye contact with the interviewer at all times. A firm hand shake and then sit up straight and sit on the edge of the chair. You want to seem cheerful, smile alot, and act as though you are FULL of energy. No slouching in your chair, no mumbling, and no staring away as you respond to questions. Make sure your phone is off, not just on vibrate. If they ask do you have reliable transportation, say YES! Never, ever, talk about money, bonus, benefits, etc. on the first interview, NEVER! If they ask what questions you have for them, ask the interviewer what he likes about the company and that will take the pressure off of you for a minute or two. Always know something about the company by looking it up on the web if possible and let them know that you do in fact know something about them. Body language is key. If you look sharp, speak well, firm handshake, you can sell yourself and get the job. Many companies hire for attitude as they can teach anybody to do the job but you can't teach someone who always frowns to smile and be nice. Hope that helps a little. Good luck!!!! Oh and by the way, I see you are in Tahoe and I have played in many of the casinos there in many bands so there is lots of money to be made working in that biz!
