well thats what im looking for so why give me a song that you have no idea if it fits what i need? please guys, dont just list ANY bassrace song. i need one that is at my peak frequency. i have reasons for why im looking for exactly what i listed in my 1st post and if the song doesnt fit them, or you dont know anything about the song please dont list it. it'll only waste my time finding it, downloadling, setting up a TL and testing only to find out it's nowhere near what i need. im not trying to be a dick, i apreciate you trying to help. i just need something pretty specific.

so someone elce installed everything? i would bet that the amp is fine and they wired the sub wrong. gain sounds like it too high. if the fuse is blowing it sounds like you are just pushing it too hard. learn how to use a DMM to test the ohm load and how to set your gains. we cant just tell you exactly what it is because it could be several things. you have to learn how to trouble shoot yourself or at least be able to give us more detailed info. also, it sounds like you have your power wire a little funny. throw out the distro block. run the 1/0 wire to the back battery and run your power wires from your battery to your amps.

it does have to be commercially available. you dont have any? comes to mind? is this a guess or do you know its close to what im looking for? does it get down to 38hz?

but you dont remember the score? i believe you, its on the list. ill see how it sounds tomorrow and have it ready for the next time i get to use a TL

i dont remember but i think thats one of the songs that jumps past 50hz every 3rd bass note. ill have to double check tomorrow.

i need a bassrace song that is mostly at 38hz, can not go below 36hz, can not go above 50hz, i would prefer it to only go as high as 47hz. ive looked over a lot of songs and the only ones i could find that had close to 38hz also went up past 50 or even 60hz. if it had 2 tones, 38hz and 46hz it would be perfect. i know im being picky here but im trying to get a higher score and i know what i need to get it. please dont recommend songs that are above 40hz like thug motivation. decaf or some one must have a song that fits this bill. help me out guys.

allthread will of corse be stronger. but dowels can be just as effective IMO. their only weakness is how they hold onto the box. ive had one break the glue holding it to the wall. if you get a screw on each end along with the glue, maybe even some fiberglass, i dont see any reason why it wouldnt be as effective as allthread.

to help answer YOUR question, lol, there isnt really a way to tell. clipping can cause a sub to fail but if it hasnt failed then it should be fine. use a DMM and test that the coils still read what they should. push the cone up and look at the coil to make sure it doesnt look black. thats about all you can do.

nnooo. that golds gym is a POS. the arms are held on by one bolt and a couple little screws. i never trusted that one. the rest of the bench is pretty good, just hate how that frame goes together.

i found out the flared ports are supposed to be 4" from the walls of the box. not sure what this will effect anything but if you get really high imp. rise then thats my problem too.
