    28hz port is port up! when I remove it 43hz port is port back, 28hz port slips into the 43hz port, then L's out to top of box making it port up how much room is between the 43hz port & ur cargo door? what is the height & width of the port?

    maybe the former is slightly too tall & is hitting the dustcap? i think ive heard about that happening before... if ur REALLY careful u could take off the dustcap & see if the top of the former is bent, then slightly bend it or cut it... maybe?

    1st have u ever metered ur port?

    the port area (opening) should be 50-60 square inches. the port will need to be longer than ur box is deep so its going to be an L shape...
