If it is cold, I would recommend using less soap in the solution you use and just not rolling the windows down for longer then normal so the tint has more time to dry. I am pretty sure you just set one on top of the other and wrap some duct tape around both...then they are considered strapped but no really...it depends on the amp I know on my RF there is a place to put RCA in/out for strapping or you can use a special cord from RF
