Ray to the best of my knowledge Nicks running the lvl 6's I built him last yr for my St Judes event.

right now I have a similiar set up with a pr of 15's, 2 batts, 270amp alt using the ab 1100.1. I'm using 4600watts rms and dipping to the low 11's. I definately agree with Jeff 2 5ks running 2500-3k ea will have less stress on the amps, cleaner output and wont be so hard on your electrical. Personally I chose to go with a pr of 7.5ks to reach my goal. I will only be asking 3500rms ea amp.

Honestly I'm leaning more towards the second one as it goes along with my idea of creating the DC Hammer.

Have it built with 4 or 5 spiders. I'm partial to 5 for larger power. Build box to 5.5cu before sub displacement and tune to 34hz.

if your not gonna seal them forward which is definately the loudest postition for that body style gp then rear firing port on driver side about 6 inches from trunk lid. I use the rear struts to ground to and have never had issues with bad grounds or ground loops. I've only worked on 5 of these style gp's. The resonant freq is right at 47hz. Deadening doors is a gain. Deadening roof is a loss(but sounds good).

Heating up whats there should do it but adding more solder is never a bad idea lol

If its the terminal that is wiggling and loose you may be able to put a soldering iron on it and fix it. Other than that Cody is correct.

Honesty the closest thing to b stock we ever have is a motor with an ugly finish or possibly scratch marks that we deam not pretty enough to send to the consumer. Since everything is built per order there is nothing pre built, scratchy coils, ugly cones etc.. for us to deam b stock.
