Wiring to dome light makes the lights on the unit turn on and off. The accessory wire is what allows you to use the dvd player and turns on and off with the key.

Your gonna want a small piece of .25 board to place between the headliner and the roof brace. Use self tappers to secure to roof brace. Dont forget to drill hole in wood to feed wires through. You should be wiring to the preexisting dome light. You may need to run wire to an accessory in which case you'll run wire to driverside and wire into fuse block.

EMG active pickups through a Boss ME-50. Its like driving a cadillic with its strings 1/16th of an inch from the frets and cleaner sounding than a babys azz in the tub.

Yes the lvl 5 can take both those amps with no problem as long as the signals clean. Much more in fact. As far as port 8-10sq in per cu is small in my opionion. 16-18sq in per cu ft seems to be ideal.
