According to Twisted Child use a scotch brite pad on it and it will pull the fiberglass out.

Theft deterrant idea: Screw in subs / amp with security t-nut bolts, then fill the head with something like high-temp hot glue. Then to remove them, pull out the heat gun.

What amp would be the best to run 2 Fi bl 12s? also 1 ohm or 2 ohm?

For one, you need to wait longer than 20 minutes. For two, look around. I would look for something around the rms rating which I don't remember what it is off hand.
