    AMP?????

plus the sundown Sae is not built to handle 16 volts, and it made 1770 watts before the 5x30 amp fuses blew
  3. AQ 3500.1, it's only $750 and makes well over 4000 watts rms. Plus it's the newer version, and runing one amp is easier than runing two, IMO!!! You could find something used, with similar power, but you would have to search a bit in the classifieds. But for BNIB i vote AQ 3500d.1
  4. The deal is that he did it with under $200 in subs !!!!
  5. For the last 11 yrs or so I've only use the bass knob on my crossovers, i never use the bass knobs that comes with the amp, ( I have a shoe box with all of them in it ) never even blown a sub, or speaker. Just use the thing between your ears, and you'll be fine. That's just my O
  6. Maybe someone needs to show him some proof of the amps not making rated power , not something that you've heard in other forums. I work all these forums, and the only professional tests i've seen were done by, Sundown and Dat, so where are u guys getting your info from, because i would love to see some test results myself.
  7. actually i think it could go both ways, I'm looking in one of my old Car Audio mags. v6 of 2006, where they tested a Alpine PDX 4.150 and this is what they came up with Efficiency at 1/3 power, 1%THD lowest impedence.............................72% Efficiency at full power, 1%THD, lowest impedence.............................92 if anybody has an old Car audio mag, it's Volume 6, of 2006 , on page 37 and in volume 9 of 2006 the tested 2 full range class D amps the Eclipse XA2000 efficiency at 1/3 power, lowest impedence...................................91 efficiency at full power, 1%THD lowest impedence........................89 Pioneer PRS-D2000T efficiency at 1/3 power, lowest impedence..................................84 effeicieny at fulll power, 1%THD lowest impedence......................84 in all tests 2 ohm was the lowest impedence so i could go both ways
  8. you have power issues, with that size of amp, you'll need more than just one battery back there, and also a high output alternator atleast 200 amps.
  9. i belive you need to put more power on the DD 9515, it's laughing at the 1500d memphis amp
  10. i would go with 2 12's, at a car show i watch a guy hit 149.7, sealed on the dash with two soundstream spl quad coils, and 2 spl 3500's amps ( yeah the cheap SPL not Spl dynamics) all this was in a 2004 Impala. His sub was pointed back , port back.
  11. u also have to look at the warranty of all those amps suggested, and pick the best one.
  12. that's a good deal there, hd radio, usb in the front, but it only has two rca's too
  13. i would look into a MB Quart dcs 2000d.1
  14. are you really in Germany. if so, how is it over there???
  15. i've heard that for every 1000 watts, you should have 100ah from each battery, so for your case you would need aleast 800 ah total
  16. man that's way below Pyle, that's like some Roadmaster, Kraco or Spark-o-matic sh??t there lol
