  1. the car is in emmaculate condition and had MAYBE 60k on it he barely drives it (only just enough to keep the battery charge and what not)
  2. my mom told me that if anyone gets the car its me but it might get sold and the money split between his kids
  3. my uncle has a 69 Z28 camaro and my grandpa has a 67 chevelle ss 396 i dont have pics though maybe one day the chevelle will be mine
  4. yes that is what the program meant by port bends
  5. you can do it like that but its probably better (and easier) to just have the bend go 90 angle instead of 180
  6. well in this case its not the height its the depth is what i meant you need to add a little to that and you should be golden it should be enough to account for the sub volume and the port
  7. pics? screen name and date? proof of ownership?
  8. is 10" your max because your going to run into mounting issues maybe 12" or maybe 11.5"
  9. I think hes running 2 12's so I would say more like 2.5 or so 9.25" diameter?? i dont think they make 12s that small
  10.      :ban2:
  11. are they the jbl 10s in your sig? if so i cant see them being much more than .1 (they def arent .05) my sundown SA8s are ~.1 and the mag is massive for an 8 so for a close guesstimate i would use .1 or so that is for each woofer so you would be at ~.2 you should be ok volume wise with what you have you just have to watch out for the tuning just put .2 as sub displacement and see what happens to your tuning those subs will be fine if you are a tad under 2.4cuft
  12. make the box bigger to account for more volume and as for the sub volume they take up space in the box when you put them in so you have to account for the space that they take up
  13. if you want the port in the middle then you have to split the port 2 ways and each side is going to be half of the port width
  14. the calculator DOES account for "L" ports if you look on the right it says if the port bends or not then when you are building you just bend the port however many inches it is wide so the port is consistent all the way through also what size woofer are you using you have the boxes checked for port and sub upward and your box is only 10" deep so im going to guess a pair of 8s cause thats all thats going to fit in that
  15. the most efficient way is direct leads from the subwoofer but not many companies offer this using bolts is just fine im sure copper or aluminum is better but id be willing to bet there isnt a noticeable difference
  16. make the port longer and wider
  17. i have 8 sundown SA8s on the way they are going in a 4th order
  18. im inverting all ( of the subs in my build i like seeing the mags just something about a sexy ass that gets to me
  19. the only thing that changes when you invert the sub is the displacement of the sub since its not in the box the volume of the box is greater therefore changing your tuning but if you dont have a box yet then just build accordingly
  20. tejcurrent on here makes them
  21. i had the BRZ2400 and that thing was a monster i was more than pleased with it never got hot and i had it at .5ohm daily not to say that the AQ wont do that too but still 379 shipped
  22. i will eventually be running 2 sundown 3500s on 16.5v so thats REALLY close to 10K but by then ill have a dual 270 amp alt setup and a massive 14v battery bank in the mean time im running 1 3500 on 16.5v with one 270 alt and 3 D1400 batts
