use CA glue, or a staple gun of some sort. some people use hot glue and it works, but depends on the application i guess. i'd recommend using the matting to add strength to the pod itself. at least 3 layers or so. the filler is just to help smooth it out, not really add any structural integrity. stay away from the filler with the glass in it when you're ready to sand it down to smooth it out. i find that it's harder to sand than if you use 'gold' filler

dont think the recording in the movie was like...real. but i do believe they have a real recording? and based it off that. i think i might've read that somewhere

yeah the screws grab better on that wood and will sink in without counter sinking them most of the time. the one thing i dont like about birch are the splinters. which really isnt a huge deal, but MDF is smoother on edges and rounded edges. probably not enough to effect your decision either way

you say you're not sure what subs/amps your running yet? if not we cannot help you till you find that out, to be more precise on the box. as far as tuning...yeah i'd tune between 33-35 hz for daily listening. unless you're using that amp and pair of 12's you mentioned up there

alright so...i got a nokia n93 atm right now. it's cool and all...very nice camera...but it's been acting weird lately. now it wont alert me when i get a text, and it doesnt show the indicator that i have a message. i just have to check it randomly through the inbox. SO.. i wanna get a new phone before this one shits on itself completely (it randomly turns itself off...then back on. sometimes it stays off lol) i wanna get something with windows mobile 6.0. touch screen would be neat but not necessary. flip out with QWERTY keyboard would also be neat but not necessary. iphone-ish is also nice. so far this is in first place for my choice.
